Following the idea expressed in this earlier article, I developed this online questionnaire to let you quickly and easily measure your “personal diversity score” according to the methodology and formula that I will describe in this article. The goal is to provide a simple way to measure diversity with a single index. The questionnaire is anonymous; results are recorded for analysis. This is experimental and not backed by any institution of any sort.
